How long do the candles burn?
Burn time depends on the size, but our standard soy candles offer around 40 hours. For the best burn, trim the wick to about 5mm and let the wax pool fully on the first burn.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver across South Africa using PAXI. Standard delivery is 7–9 business days and Express is 3–5 business days.
How much is shipping?
PAXI Standard is R 59.95 and PAXI Express is R 109.95. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
How do I pay?
We accept secure card payments through Yoco. You will be redirected to Yoco to complete payment, and your order is confirmed once payment is verified.
Do I need an account?
No. We offer simple guest checkout — just add to cart, enter your delivery details and pay.
Can I send a gift message?
Absolutely. Add any gift message, gate code or delivery instruction in the comments box at checkout.
Are the products VAT inclusive?
Yes, displayed prices include VAT at 15% where applicable, and VAT is shown separately on your cart, checkout and invoice.
