Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email Whisperingflamelux@gmail.com or WhatsApp 067 917 8065 with your order reference and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used candles and body care cannot be returned. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 days; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original Yoco payment method within a few business days.
